The story of TCC Lines begins in 2017, when our founder worked as a delivery boy, delivering letters from one door to another. During this time, he witnessed the real face of the logistics industry: customers were charged three times more than required, tracking IDs were provided but never truly worked, and whenever customers needed detailed information about their parcels, no one was willing to speak to them or assist them. Understanding these problems deeply, one thought kept growing stronger in his mind: “Why can’t logistics be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly?” Driven by this thought, he spent his days delivering parcels and his evenings learning. He visited warehouses, airports, railway stations, and highways—studying every part of the logistics chain. He observed delays, confusion, and the lack of transparency.
